My focus is to help you find your own unique path to healing and growth, using your own inner resources and strengths. This is facilitated within a safe, supportive space, in which your experiences are understood and validated, resources are optimised and new tools and techniques offered to assist you towards freedom and success.

My aim is to join you where you are, accompany you in your unique journey; to support, facilitate, coach and sometimes challenge you, as you utilise your own power to heal, grow and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
