Low mood, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable states that many of us experience at some point in our lives. I can support you to find your own way to recover your motivation, perspective, and joy in life.
Do you feel held back by painful and traumatic experiences? Maybe you're stuck in Fight, Flight or Freeze states. Anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, shame and hopelessness are a few outcomes that can linger, long after disturbing or traumatic events. I can support you to overcome these symptoms and through the process of grief and healing.
We all experience loss. It is an unavoidable consequence of living and loving. We lose people, jobs, identities, and sometimes hope. Denial, anger and despair are common features but everyone grieves differently and feels the pain in unique ways, and this can leave you feeling lost and alone. I can stand with you in that place and help you find your way.

Who doesn't get angry? Anger isn't a problem in itself, in fact it can be useful. It can be a source of motivation, power and transformation. It becomes problematic when we get stuck in it, suppress it, or misdirect it. I can help you learn to manage your anger appropriately and redirect its energy to more useful outcomes.
When the clinicians have no answers it can be a scary, isolating experience. Let me help you solve the riddle of these unexplained symptoms to transform your future.
