Many of us are grieving the life we never got to live because of past events and relationships. Denial, anger, depression and despair are common features but everyone grieves differently and feels the pain in unique ways, and this can leave you feeling lost and alone. I can stand with you in that place and help you find your way out of the darkness.
Anger has a bad rap but it is normally justified. It is a natural response to being wronged. It isn't a problem in itself, in fact it can be useful as a source of motivation, power and transformation. It only becomes problematic when we get stuck in it, suppress it, or misdirect it. I can help you learn to tap into and through your anger to reach the transformation it yearns for.
The body keeps the score. When you are masking or suppressing trauma, the body tells the truth. It holds unexpressed and unresolved trauma in the form of physical pain and symptoms. When the clinicians have no answers it can be a scary, isolating experience. Let me help you solve the riddle of these unexplained symptoms, and work through the trauma at their root to transform your future.
