Building on your experience as an EFT Practitioner, developing greater flexibility, creativity and confidence in your own therapeutic approach.
EFT Level 3 is an opportunity to take your practice to a deeper level, building on the knowledge, skills and experience you've developed through Levels 1 and 2.
At Levels 1 and 2, much of the learning involves understanding and practising specific techniques and protocols. These foundations are essential. But as you become more experienced, something begins to change. The techniques become more familiar, your confidence grows, and you find yourself increasingly able to respond to the person in front of you rather than concentrating on what to do next.
Level 3 builds on that experience. The training is more fluid, exploratory and conversational, encouraging greater flexibility, creativity and trust in your developing clinical judgement.
For experienced therapists and clinicians, it's an opportunity to bring together your existing therapeutic knowledge and your growing EFT expertise, developing an approach that feels increasingly natural, individual and integrated.
This isn't about discarding the foundations you've worked hard to establish. It's about becoming sufficiently grounded in them to work with greater freedom, while remaining thoughtful, ethical and responsive to your clients.
EFT International requires practitioners to have practised at Level 2 for at least six months before progressing to Level 3. This experience is essential: the advanced training builds on skills that have already been developed and tested through real client work.
EFT Level 3 is designed for accredited EFT Practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice and work towards EFT International Advanced Practitioner status.
EFT International requires practitioners to have at least six months' experience practising at Level 2 before progressing to Level 3. This gives you time to consolidate your skills, gain experience with real clients and develop the confidence needed to benefit from advanced training.
The course is particularly suited to psychotherapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists and other therapeutic professionals who want to integrate EFT more fully into their existing approach.
You'll be encouraged to draw on your own clinical experience, reflect on your work and explore how EFT can become a more natural, flexible and creative part of your therapeutic practice.
EFT Level 3 takes place over four live, interactive training days, with an emphasis on discussion, exploration, demonstration and experiential practice.
Unlike Levels 1 and 2, there are no preparatory videos. The learning takes place through our conversations, shared experiences and practical work together, drawing on the knowledge and skills you've already developed as an EFT Practitioner.
We'll explore additional techniques and approaches, but the emphasis is less on learning and following protocols and more on understanding the principles behind effective EFT practice. You'll be encouraged to question, experiment, reflect and develop greater flexibility in how you work.
Throughout the four days, there are opportunities to practise in pairs, observe demonstrations, exchange feedback and learn from the experiences of other practitioners.
The training is designed to be collaborative and exploratory, creating space for you to develop your own therapeutic style while deepening your understanding of what makes EFT effective.
EFT Level 3 builds on your experience as a Practitioner, helping you develop a deeper understanding of the principles that underpin effective EFT and how to apply them with greater flexibility and creativity.
We'll explore advanced approaches to reframing, working with parts, identifying core issues and recognising the subtleties of what happens within a therapeutic session.
We'll also consider how to work sensitively with trauma, the importance of gentle techniques, and how EFT can be adapted when working with more complex emotional and physical presentations.
Alongside these practical skills, we'll explore the less tangible aspects of therapeutic work, including intuition, humour, compassion and the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
Throughout the training, you'll be encouraged to draw on your existing clinical knowledge, question familiar approaches and develop greater trust in your own judgement.
The aim is not simply to add more techniques to your repertoire, but to deepen your understanding of EFT and develop a more fluid, responsive and individual way of working.
The emphasis throughout is on discussion, experimentation, practical experience and developing your own individual approach to advanced EFT practice.
